Logan J Parker is hyping up for the release of her first Christmas track Sweet Songs of Love, that will be released on December 25, 2020. The glorious jazz-infused mixed with Christmas cheer track features her most romantic lyrics to-date. And not only did LJP write the track, but she directed, edited it and also co-filmed the music video. Logan J Parker says about the single, “‘Sweet Songs of Love’' is a song I wrote two Christmasses ago for my then boyfriend who was away at the time. I found it really hard to cope with the many miles between us in such a special time of the year, so I wrote this song wishing it would somehow shorten the distance between us. Right before Christmas and after I sent him the song he broke up with me via text message. I was heartbroken but I am glad I was able to write such a beautiful piece. I guess all songwriters can relate to this: pain creates art. There is no way around it.”
